Within the time selected, my goal is to help you build muscle and get stronger than ever! Aside from heavy isolation/accessory work, we will be progressively overloading your bench, squat & deadlift week by week. With this program, I've combined all my knowledge within the first 5 years of consistent strength training. All 3 of my personal bests have grown by at least 50 pounds in just 2.5 months! V1 is the basic program catered to the guys. V2 is catered to the ladies.

This program is complete with research done from friends looking for that BBL effect in the gym & myself in pursuit for bigger legs! There are options, V1 is a beginner friendly, not too intense program for body recomposition. V2 is a more intense program catered to building a more athletic physique. Both will assure BBL allegations within the first 6 weeks!
