Over the next 10 weeks my goal is to help you build muscle and get stronger than ever! Aside from heavy isolation/accessory work, we will be progressively overloading your bench, squat & deadlift week by week. With this program, I've combined all my knowledge within the first 5 years of consistent strength training. All 3 of my personal bests have grown by at least 50 pounds in just 2.5 months! V1 is the basic program catered to the guys. V2 is catered to the ladies.
