Within the time selected, my goal is to help you build muscle and get stronger than ever! Aside from heavy isolation/accessory work, we will be progressively overloading your bench, squat & deadlift week by week. With this program, I've combined all my knowledge within the first 5 years of consistent strength training. All 3 of my personal bests have grown by at least 50 pounds in just 2.5 months! V1 is the basic program catered to the guys. V2 is aesthetically catered to the ladies.

How it works

  • Complete onboarding questionnaire IN FULL HONESTY. After log in, your schedule will be available within 24 hours.
  • Week after week, the goal is to push yourself slightly harder than the previous week. If not both heavier sets or more reps within a set, one or the other will create faster progress during your journey these next few months.
  • Log your: workouts, weights lifted, progress pictures & macronutrients all in-app to ensure steady, consistent progress.
