This package provides online & 1on1 training combined! Available for people who live far (45+minutes) away from my training grounds, and cannot commit to consistent training sessions in person throughout the week. This is YOUR go to if: 1. are an enthusiastic beginner and struggle with your form! 2. "know yourself" and need to have at least 1 day of in-person training per week! 3. can commit to 3 1on1 sessions every week!
