This package provides online & 1on1 training combined! Available if you live far (45+minutes) away from my training grounds, and cannot commit to consistent training sessions in person throughout the week. This is YOUR go-to if you: 1. are an enthusiastic beginner and struggle with your form! 2. "know yourself" and need to have at least 1 day of in-person training per week! 3. can commit to one 1on1 sessions every week!

Plan Includes

  • Me as your accountability partner.

  • 1, 1on1 in-person session per week.

  • Workouts in-app on the remaining days of your split.

  • 1on1 calls/messaging available ANYTIME.

How it works

  • In person sessions create minimal room for error making it my duty to keep you on track, motivated and enthusiastic about your fitness journey. Think of it as a weekly progress check.
  • Days you train alone your workouts will be available on app. The more you log your weights lifted, the better I can figure out what is going wrong outside of nutrition.
  • Gym workout and physical composition progress are both tracked in-app for the duration of your program!
  • Progress being consistently tracked on the app along with at least 1 weekly in-person check in with me can really make a bigger difference to reach your goals faster!
