Available if you live far (45+minutes) away from my training grounds, and cannot commit to consistent training sessions in person throughout the week. This is YOUR go-to if you: 1. are an enthusiastic beginner and struggle with your form! 2. "know yourself" and need to have at least 1 day of in-person training per week! 3. can commit to one 1on1 sessions every week!
