How it works

  • With this program, I went back and put the workout split I did and meals I ate to help you bulk up within the next 3-6 months the same way I did.
  • Week 1, complete the workout, dont push too hard and try to build a better mind to muscle connection with the movements.
  • After week 1, push slightly heavier each week to your own discretion until week 7, which is somewhat of a rest period.
  • After week 7, back on track, muscles should be relaxed. Pick back up from week 6.
