When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in achieving a better lifestyle! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", etc.  but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? Another challenge? 

When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Which means finding what best works for you, the things you enjoy doing. 

From different exercises & workouts, to supplements aiding your diet. Instead of handing you a generic workout & meal plan filled with stuff you simply do not enjoy, I teach you how to build your own. Creating a better & healthier lifestyle that truly works for you.

Over the next 10 weeks my goal is to help you build muscle and get stronger than ever! Aside from heavy isolation/accessory work, we will be progressively overloading your bench, squat & deadlift week by week.

With this program, I've combined all my knowledge within the first 5 years of consistent strength training. All 3 of my personal bests have grown by at least 50 pounds in just 2.5 months!

V1 is the basic program catered to the guys. V2 is catered to the ladies.

Over the next 10 weeks, my goal is help you not only develop a better or more complete lifestyle, but to also achieve a golden hourglass figure through strength training for a huge discount in comparison to a surgeon!

This program is complete with research done from friends looking for that BBL effect in the gym & myself in pursuit for bigger legs!

There are options, V1 is a beginner friendly, not too intense program for body recomposition. V2 is a more intense program catered to building a more athletic physique. Both will assure BBL allegations within the first 6 weeks!

With or without gym equipment access, I will create a custom workout routine designed to guide you to your desired goals within the chosen time frame without a crazy strict & intense program.. unless requested!
If you are located in Atlanta or the "metro area",1on1 in-person sessions are available & advised. 
Nutritional guidance available if needed.

Available if you live far (45+minutes) away from my training grounds, and cannot commit to consistent training sessions in person throughout the week.

2. "know yourself" and need to have at least 1 day of in-person training per week!
3. can commit to one 1on1 sessions every week!

A combination of online & 1on1 training!
This package is YOUR go-to if you:
1. are an enthusiastic beginner on your fitness journey and struggle with your form!

3. can only commit to 2 in-person, 1on1 sessions every week!
